Flat-rate, quoted before work begins. Always.

After we diagnose the problem, you receive one written price for the complete fix — parts, labor, cleanup, and haul-away included. That number doesn't move, no matter how long the job takes us. If we uncover something genuinely new mid-job, work stops and you decide before anything changes. Decline the quote and you owe only the diagnosis fee we stated on the phone.

Drain cleaning

A slow drain is a symptom; the cause is what we treat. Every drain call starts with a camera inspection so you can see the blockage yourself — grease, roots, scale, or a bellied line — before we choose the tool. Simple clogs are augered on the spot; heavy buildup gets hydro-jetted back to bare pipe. You get the before-and-after footage either way.

Water heaters

Whether it's a pilot light that won't stay lit or a fifteen-year-old tank on borrowed time, we start with an honest verdict: repair or replace. If it's replacement, we size the new unit to your actual household — bathrooms, occupants, usage patterns — not whatever's on the truck. Whole-home repiping

Rusty water, pinhole leaks, and dropping pressure usually mean the original galvanized or polybutylene lines are done. A repipe sounds disruptive; ours are planned so it isn't. We map every fixture, work room by room, restore water each evening, and patch our own access openings paint-ready. Most single-family homes are fully repiped in copper or PEX within three to five working days.

Fixtures & faucets

The small jobs deserve the same standard as the big ones. Faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, shower valves, pot fillers, bidet seats — supplied by us or purchased by you, installed level, sealed, and leak-tested. If a fixture you bought isn't right for your plumbing, we'll tell you before opening the box so you can still return it.

Leak detection

A mystery water bill or a warm spot on the floor doesn't have to mean exploratory demolition. We locate hidden leaks with acoustic listening equipment, thermal imaging, and line-pressure isolation — narrowing the source to inches before any cutting happens. When we do open a wall or slab, it's one precise opening, not a treasure hunt.

24/7 emergency response

When you call at 3 a.m., a licensed Copperline plumber answers — not an answering service reading a script. They'll talk you through shutting off water and power, give you a real arrival window, and quote the call-out fee on the phone. That fee is credited toward the repair if you go ahead. Burst pipes, sewage backups, failed sump pumps, gas water heater failures: this is the work we built the company on.

The big decision

Tank or tankless? An honest comparison.

There's no universally "better" water heater — only the right one for your household. Here's how we frame it with clients.

Conventional tank

Upfront cost: Lower — typically the most affordable path, especially like-for-like replacement.
Hot water supply: Fixed reserve (40–75 gal). Fine for most households; back-to-back showers can outrun it.
Lifespan: 8–12 years with annual flushing; hard water shortens it.
Best for: Predictable budgets, straightforward swaps, homes with modest simultaneous demand.

Tankless (on-demand)

Upfront cost: Higher — the unit plus gas line and venting upgrades most homes need.
Hot water supply: Endless at a given flow rate. Sized correctly, it never runs cold mid-shower.
Lifespan: 18–22 years with annual descaling — often two tank lifetimes.
Best for: Larger households, energy-conscious owners, tight utility spaces, long-term homes.

Our rule of thumb: if your tank is under eight years old and repairable, we repair it. If you're replacing anyway and plan to stay in the home five-plus years, tankless usually wins the long game. We'll run both numbers for your house — no charge with any water heater quote.
