While you wait for us
Water where it shouldn't be? Do these three things now.
Ninety seconds of action can save thousands in damage. Here's exactly what our dispatchers walk callers through.
-
Shut off the water
Find your main shut-off valve — usually where the water line enters the house, near the water meter, or in the basement or crawl space. Turn it clockwise until it stops. For a single fixture (toilet, sink), use the small oval valve on the supply line beneath it instead.
-
Kill power to the wet area
If water is anywhere near outlets, appliances, or your electrical panel, switch off the breakers for that part of the house. Never stand in water while touching anything electrical — if the panel itself is wet, leave it and tell us when you call.
-
Open a low faucet & move valuables
Open the lowest tap in the house (a basement sink or outdoor spigot) to drain pressure out of the lines and slow the leak. Then lift rugs, furniture, and boxes out of the water's path while you wait for our arrival call.
How we work
No meters running. No mystery invoices.
Diagnose
We inspect the actual problem — with cameras and meters where it helps — and explain what we find in plain language.
Flat quote
You get one written, flat-rate price before work begins. Approve it, or don't — the diagnosis fee is all you owe.
Fix it right
Drop cloths down, shoe covers on. We do the work to code, test it under pressure, and leave the space cleaner than we found it.
Guarantee
Two years on workmanship, in writing. If our work fails, we return and make it right at no charge — no fine print.
