Residential Heat pump retrofit Fairview Heights

3-ton cold-climate heat pump retrofit

A 1990s split system was short-cycling in a well-sealed two-story home. Load calculation showed the old 4-ton unit was a full ton oversized. We installed a right-sized 3-ton cold-climate heat pump, corrected a pinched return, and rebalanced supply registers room by room.

Commercial Rooftop unit Old Mill District

Bakery rooftop unit replacement

A working bakery couldn’t afford downtime, so the crane lift, curb adapter, and changeover happened in a single pre-dawn window. Doors opened on schedule at 6am with the new unit already holding setpoint.

Residential Duct redesign Willow Basin

Two-story duct redesign, no new equipment

The upstairs ran 6°F warmer every summer. Static pressure testing found an undersized return and two crushed flex runs. We re-ducted the return path and resized three supplies — the existing equipment stayed.

Residential Ductless Larkspur Bay

Ductless mini-splits for a 1920s bungalow

No duct chases, no room for them, and a homeowner who loved her plaster walls. Three-zone ductless system with concealed line-set routing along existing trim lines — the interior reads original from every angle.

Residential Heating Northgate

Mid-January furnace changeout

A cracked heat exchanger condemned the old furnace on the coldest week of the year. Loaner space heaters went out the same afternoon; the new 96% two-stage furnace was installed and commissioned within 48 hours.
